Pretty much any fatty meat and butter, not just beef and butter. All the so-called experts seem to only be promoting Ribeyes, and expensive cuts of beef. You will get the same results from other fatty meats as well.

I agree with that– but I can’t EAT just butter… I’ve tried and can’t do it..
I started a prolonged fast, I need to lose weight, because only with the carnivore diet after a year, I didn’t lose weight, in fact I gained weight. So now I haven’t eaten for 3 days, and when I feel bad, I eat some butter, that way I feel a little better. 😑
Let’s see how many days I can stand fasting.
