YEP Chelsea! I’ve been doing this since 2010 when I lost 60 lbs. ALWAYS tons of veggies, no oil, and calorie deficit!! I’ve had a few ups and downs but I do know how to tweak. I BLESS you.

I love veggies, but they don’t like me😢…I’ve been plant based for 9 years now🎉 but I still have the hardest time with veggies especially cruciferous vegetables…the bloat and uncomfortable feeling is always at a 10…any suggestions?

I also start my day with an espresso with oat milk. I use just plain cocoa powder.
About the wheelchair – I used a wheelchair for about 3 months after an accident. After PT I no longer need it, but I totally know the dumb invasive questions complete strangers will ask. I never understood why people think they have the right to ask why are you in a chair? I’ve never asked someone why they’re bald or why they have acne. I have asked “why do ask?”
