I am transitioning from moving out of a whole food plant based diet, which I was on for the last 3 years. Last year I began to start having a lot of different health issues that made me decide to change my diet back to eating animal protein again. I have been on every single diet out there and have done as much research as I could possibly do but still struggle to find the right balance and no nutritionist has been able to help me. I’m a mother of 4 who are all adult children now and finally have some time to take care of myself and get my body back to being healthy. If I were to win the meal plan and protein powder it would help me on my new journey & start the new year on the right path. I have two babies that have changed my body in many ways and I have started the LSF 30 challenge this week and feel so, so much better already! Also cut out dairy for heath reasons and feel even better! Your protein is the only plant protein I have found that I enjoy! I am almost out of my vanilla LSF protein and am in need of more ☺️❤️ I would love to try the chocolate!

I breastfeed all of my children, something that also pushes me to eat healthy foods. We raise Pigs, rabbits and chickens. With so much to care for it easy to put my needs on the back burner but I know I need to feel my best to be there for myself, my children, husband and our little farm. ♥
