#WeightLossJourney Update: Surviving the Holidays

Since July of 2019, I’ve lost over 43 pounds using the Lose It! app and Apple Watch. Even though I’ve been doing this for a long time, I’ve just recently completed my first full year of logging my calories on Lose It without missing a day. Around this time last year I was having a really rough time staying on track, but this holiday season has been MUCH easier. In this video I present a few theories as to why this is.

Starting weight: 228 lbs
Current weight: 184.5 lbs
Goal weight: 177 lbs
