Quinoa Pulao/Khichdi/Tehri with paneer chickpeas & veggies.
It has protein fiber healthy carbs and healthy fats.. along with paneer and chickpeas which will satisfy your hunger in just a small quantity.
Note- you can add any veggies of your choice and instead of paneer you can add tofu and in a place of chickpeas you can add green peas #yumyum
