#dryfruit Chia Pudding For Weight Watchers / Healthy Breakfast (Simple Quick Vegan & Tasty ) 💛😋 #sweetcravings PCOS friendly!

Ingredients & nutritional Info-
1.5 tbsp chia seeds- 70cal
4 almonds- 29.8cal
4 cashews- 33.4cal
1 dates- 25.4cal
80ml milk of choice (I’ve used real Thai coconut milk)- 44.4cal
1 tsp maple syrup- 17.2cal
Can also use honey or sweetener of choice
1.5 tbsp pomegranate- 13.5cal
20g apple- 11.8cal
Can use fruit of choice
Water as required or milk

Total calories 245
Protein 5.4g
Fats 14g
Fiber 7.7g
Carbs 25.5g

Note- If you’re not vegan or lactose intolerant can use low fat milk instead of coconut or plant based milk. For extra protein use soy milk or low fat milk or add protein powder for extra protein boost!
