  3. Good job man. I’ve been there. Started in 2017. Got it off, kept it off for 6 years, but kids and a wife and a life I get the struggle to keep it off. Sunday evening through Friday is where the money is made for me. Make good choices during that time and have some fun on the weekend. It’s worked wonders for maintenance. I know some would say that’s not ideal, but everything is a choice, and I choose to spend my calorie capital on the weekend whiskey and not the Tuesday Twix.

  5. I started losing weight again right about the same time you did. Started at 313 and I’m currently down to 250, and also like you this is about the third time in my life I’ve had to drop a ton of weight. Keep up the good work. I really enjoy the channel.

  6. Way to go Matt! I had lost 78 lbs doing Keto 4 years ago. Then slowly added carbs back until I gained 50% of it back. Back on Keto Jan 1 and down 14 lbs as of today. Best part of Keto is I get to drink whiskey (no carbs) and bacon! Low carb beer sucks!

  7. Bro, great job on the weight loss. It is a journey and I completely understand you. I have as well been on basically the same journey. I think you and I have the same bad habits and same tendencies. My family seems to have an addictive nature so I have alway been very careful about things like drinking ect….but never considered food could be an addiction. Once I realized that I am addicted to food I started treating it like an addiction and that helped me.
