    Best wishes to Lola!
    No loss or gain is great news, the heck with numbers on a scale.
    Right now, you seem to have leveled out, but that’s OK , you don’t know for sure.
    You’ve come a long way and you look fabulous!!
    I stayed the same for two weeks now, I’m not wild about it, but it’s not a gain. 🙂
    Some snacks that I like are…
    a.) pepper jack or feta cheese and red grapes.
    I cut the cheese into little cubes and count out 4-5 grapes.
    I put them in little containers in the frig. and grab when I’m in a snackin’ mood.
    b.) Healthier Scotcheroo Energy Balls ~ a no bake sweet treat.
    They’re in my freezer for a quick snack.
    c.) I have some pre-cut broccoli, radishes, celery, or bell peppers in my frig. which I pair with hummus. It makes a snack that keeps me feeling full in between meals without adding a lot of calories.

  2. My go to snacks this week have been veggies and a serving of hummus and a can of tuna with a serving of rice crackers. Down 2.6 lbs this week!

  3. I just wanted to tell you that I made those lemon zucchini muffins that you posted in one of your previous videos. I absolutely love them! I love lemon anything. I made a batch and put them in the freezer. When I want one (or two) I pop them in the microwave to heat them up. Thanks for the great recipe!
