  1. I don’t have to move too much to lose weight, I can’t because of my MS. But fasting and carbs below 20 total really gets the insulin down and I lose weight that way.

  4. I had an idea when you were talking about happiness. I know you are reading a lot. There is a book I think you would love called ” You are a badass.” Have you read it? It has a very easy personal flow that speaks to me. The author is Jen Sincero. I guess the whole title is “You are a Badass How to Stop Doubting Your Greatness and Start Living an Awesome Life.” I think you would like it. I hang on your every word! You are so cool!
