My weigh in day is Saturday
I don’t celebrate my weight loss with food. I celebrate it other ways or buy me something special. Like a New outfit or jewelry or something for my house
I think of WW as a lifestyle not a diet. This is something I will be doing for the rest of my life and its substanable. WW works for me ❤
The first time I did ww that’s what I did. I was good all week and then come weekend I ate whatever and over ate. Then come Monday back to tracking. Now my 2 nd time with WW I don’t do that. I have lost so far 150 pounds and been doing WW for awhile. I’m more mindful and no longer have pig out days on weekends.

I appreciate your advice on using weeklies and extra points for nutritious food choices that actually taste good! I have spent way too many years eating food because it is low point/calorie and ignoring my personal taste/food preferences. Your food videos are SO helpful in showing how small amounts of “extras” add few if any points and really boost the taste and enjoyment! 😋
