  2. Fad diets r really really dangerous…i myself lost 30kgs of weight in 1.8yrs by maintaing a healthy balanced lifestyle combining workout and good nutritious diet…so yes it is possible to lose weight by consuming ur staples

  4. I did intermidiet deit plan for 35 days and lose 6 kgs and i skip dinner ,i do sikpping as a exersice .It was harmful for my health .mt period was stop ,hairfall,skin problem etc ….. love from bangladesh,
