  2. Hi Palak. I am not fan of carbs anymore . As from last three days I’m on low carb diet and very happy with this diet because of my sugar levels. My sugar levels are controlled. I’m diabetic from last 15 years but my sugar levels were never in normal range. Alhamdulillah high fat low carb is best. I have no pain in my feet right now.
    But I can’t start workouts. I don’t know why I’m not able to workout but I’ll get over it. I’m trying to adopt a healthy and carbs free life.
    One more thing,
    With high fiber diet my tummy bloating has disappeared.
