  1. I definitely need to change up. Been the same weight for 3 weeks. Up/down +/- 5 lbs … feel great though, hitting the gym, eating good etc. …. But still have weight to lose.

Guess I’ll throw in a difference.

  2. Remember, Thomas HAS to produce 350 plus infomercials every year in order the move the product of his sponsors.
This is his livelihood, his main source of income.
If you want to waste 30 minutes of your day ( as I just did) all you have to do is look back on the last two years of his infomercials and you will plainly see that he repeats everything. It’s just different words but the subjects are always the same.
Some of the content is indeed interesting. I have learned a lot here.
But remember, this is mostly anecdotal testimony. The real science is easy to find if you’re willing to search for it.
He is a slick salesman. Nothing more. Once you accept that it’s easier to “ take what you need and leave the rest” when it comes to these thinly disguised missives that are produced for profit.
    Happy New Year

  3. During my best training cycle I took off two days a week. I always ate only low carb. On training days I ate only between six p.m. and midnight. Of the first day i ate whenever i felt like it. On the other rest day I fasted and did not eat until six p.m. after training on the following day.. So, each week there was a thirty hour period where I ate freely (low carb) and a forty-two hour fast.

  4. TU Thomas! MCT oil in black coffee on OMAD days gets me to 3/4pm easily but it’s time to switch it up bc I sense my body’s adapted 🤨

  5. I think I needed to hear this. I been doing a 18:6 for several years now. I would do 24 hr fast every once in awhile, took breaks on vacation or holidays obviously, but back to it. Times were always set because they were easy and it allowed me to eat lunch with co-workers and dinner with family. I think I need to switch it up since its become too easy that I don’t even think about it anymore.

  6. Thomas. This here Steak Eggs diet, sort of keeps a learning off you person feeling hungry all the time so strongly fasting at all is almost a torture. Craig the I feel strongly towards scoffing on Fish and Chips for once in a good hard month of Steak Eggs breakfast. See you tomorrow. Craig. ENG.

  7. Do you want to hear the hard truth… All that was said in this video is complete nonsense. I don’t want to sound like a critic, but from a scientific point of view, the best hormone ever in the human body is the growth hormone that is produced during deep sleep at night and is secreted by 75%. By stopping work when eating the first meal, is it wise to hypothetically produce at four o’clock in the morning when deep sleep to take advantage of it for the longest possible period or stop work at seven o’clock in the morning when breakfast to your advantage in this bitter truth🙏☯️.

  8. Serious question- what benefit is there to making fasting more difficult for someone who wants to lose weight? Isn’t the fact that fasting becomes easier with time something proponents of fasting use to encourage those who are struggling to stick with fasting in the beginning? Those of us who like to find ways to challenge ourselves and build mental toughness are definitely not the norm.

  9. Had been doing a 30+ hour fast for past 3 weeks. Eat one day, and fast next day. Eat the 3 day breakfast. Felt like it was helping. Taking weekend off because I’m back home. Will be doing again next week.

  10. I remember I did alternate day fasting without knowing such thing existed. I actually did it because I was too lazy to cook some days lmao without knowing the benefits of prolonged fasting.
