Recipe; The Ultimate High Protein Chickpea Salad for Quick Weight Loss

Ingredients:
– 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
– 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1 cucumber, diced
– 1 bell pepper, diced
