  1. As a diabetic I can not eat potatoes . When I do spike my sugar in any amount . Even potatoes in soup or other dishes.
    I have tried. Beans are ok. But eat in portion size such as 1/2 cups.
    I eat beans with green vegetables or salad, not on their on.

  2. Basically it is always the same. When you eat the whole foods without all the dressings, oils, sugars, coatings, processing it is good for you. In stead of eating bread for example I steam whole wheat grains and mix it with nuts and seeds. I steam potatoes and eat them with just some salt and pepper.
