Love you brother! I lost over 50 pounds! Praise God I changed my diet three times. Fruits, vegetables, baked, boiled, or steamed. Walk five miles, six days a week. I speed walk Allen. My doctor called me “amazing”. I’m 62 and feel great! Keep doing what you’re doing brother! God loves you and I do too.
Intermediate fasting – cut down on the Carbs. Vitamin D. Avoid stress and rest. 😊

I’ve slowly been getting the pounds off, but then temptation steps in, and I put a few pounds back on instead of meeting my goal. Keeping in mind of this body I’m in being a vessel of the Lord has helped in continuing to stay celabent. So, now I need to use that mentality to remove this new weight I’ve gained since becoming a person with disabilities. Thank you for scripture references as well, but I certainly didn’t need to see those pictures of delicious pizza and bbq…lol. Many blessings to yall, in Christ Jesus’ name. ✝️

Self control DEFINITELY extends to food. Gluttony is a vice for a reason. I struggle with it every day. Especially being raised a southerner.

Good work Allen!! I’m on ketovore, which is less than 10g of carbs per day. I mainly eat meat and eggs. Occasionally fruit. I don’t think you necessarily have to cut out carbs, but eliminating the variety in your diet makes eating “boring” so your cravings aren’t so intense. You eat when you’re hungry instead. I don’t miss bread, pasta, or rice. I do miss cookies and candy tho. I still treat myself to a little candy on the weekend. It’s all about discipline! Exercise is harder tho cuz of my knee. 😩 throw in some intermittent fasting too.
This is crazy to me. Holy Spirit prompted me to do walks in the morning as well, listening to bible plans and worship music. I didn’t think anything of it. I was just obedient. Listening to yall talk about it is speaking to me on a spiritual level….He hear me and I hear Him.

We say “I surrender all.” but we forget to include Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner into that “I surrender all.” tenet
Sugar is a HUGE factor of weight gain even just 1 soda a day could be enough to stop you from getting results.
