  1. Autumn is my favorite. I’m weird though no matter how much protein, fat, and fiber I eat I’ll still crave and be fully able to down 1500 calories of candy after. I’m 5’8″ and 160 pounds so not even big. Yeah I probably have issues lol.

  3. I would like to know what you would think would be best for me, I have 110 lbs that I need to lose, I also have some health issues that I am treated for (doctors do think intermediate fasting would be great for me, I just don’t know much about it) I also am pushing 40. Thank you in advance.

  4. ????do you suggest IF for diabetic or hypoglycemia peoples? I would like for some friends to join my in an IF challenge but they fall in these categories. Also do you have any specific videos about women’s health issues: PCOS, endometriosis, ph balance? I’m 4 weeks post op from TAH and would love trusted advice!! Thanks
