  1. Wait… antioxidants are supposed to be crutches that, to an extent, prevent the benefits of fasting, as well as the benefits of resistance training. Is astaxanthin the exception to that rule?

  4. It can be inhibitory to nitric oxide by 40 percent. It does work especially if you are chronically sick and are wanting to see healthier cells and mitochondria it will help, with all the checks and balances like diet and rest. It is quite good. As are beta glucana to match up with it, combo cordyceps. Decent video.

  6. This headline statement that Vitamin C isn’t the most powerful antioxidant….that Astazanthin is….

    Ok…but that’s totally irrelevant. Different antioxidants do completely different things. You can’t compare them. And say that this antioxidant is better and more powerful than these other antioxidants. That’s a completely uniformed…ridiculous statement. About what antioxidants are, and what they do.

    I mean these are all different chemical compounds, with completely different chemistry properties….even though they are all antioxidants
