Starting my weight loss journey from 260 pounds. These 3 easy workouts for beginners with a small amount of reps is the key to succeeded on day one. This 10 minute workout was focused on my cardio and chest workouts. Two sets of 10 push ups were focusing on building the endurance in my upper body. The non stop workouts will progressively build stamina and endurance for my overall body. Full body workouts will be my favorite 20 minute workouts.
