  2. I’m at 9th minute in the video, and I have a question. Maybe I’m a bit hasty, but nevertheless, can you target for a specific time oof the day to suppress the hunger? Because, I have very little problem with hunger throughout the day, but when the night falls, my (especially sugar) cravings go up.

  4. Quick question:

I have a super confounding body type, I show top abs, my legs are lean and my arms are solid, but my love handles take up both lanes of traffic and scales clock me at 30% body fat. I don’t *feel* that fat, despite the love handles. Is it denial or a scale issue?

  5. I would argue that these drugs are like turning on the A/C while your heater is already running. On a societal level, for public health, sure we can achieve better outcomes. But on an individual level, it’s going to have highly variable outcomes on overall wellness

  6. I think being in the single digits bf % wise while training hard, you are jacked and NATURAL, its easier to get cheat meals and enjoy tasty foods in general, more frequently than if you were maintaining 15+% bf. Of course in moderation. I mean, after 2 cheat meals in the week, lets say you had a whole big pizza one day and the other day you had 2 big burgers(the examples are random) but you are doing your stuff, going to the gym and be at 8% shredded you aint gonna put fat. your muscles will store more glycogen and you will look more thick, nonetheless. i mean a shredded guy can actually enjoy “junk food” and be aesthetic all the time, than a guy who has already much bodyfat on him, even if he is working out, isn’t it? Let the shredded guys talk below.

  7. What I don’t get is, are you planning on taking this pricey drug for the rest of your life? As with all drugs that work through appetite suppression, when you stop the drug unless the subject has learned to control their total calorie intake, the weight will just come back as it does with about everything else that doesn’t involve a true eating habit change.

  8. I like your analogy of the “problem pile.” I think the myth of “getting rid of problems makes you a pussy” is spread by grumpy old people. Like the ones who say “they walked uphill both ways to school.”
