  1. Now we gotta work on Manny… just kidding, love ya Manny.
Actually, I moved a lot at my former workplace, so now I’m going to do it at home somehow. Anyway, less beer, more movement. My resolution.
    Proud of you dude.

  2. Congrats Justin ! Losing weight is not an easy thing, it takes motivation and consistency. Also changing our diet is difficult, at least for me, not for weight but other reasons. Very happy for you !

  3. I’m proud of you, JP. So happy you are feeling healthier and you’re looking good! For myself, I have been drinking less soda and more water, cut out snacks and taking longer walks. Keep it up and take care.

  4. Good for you. For my part, I gained 29 pound last year. The year before I loosed lots of weight by taking long walks of 7 to 9 miles 2 or 3 times a week. But in the fall 2022, I hurt my back and it still hurt a little even now. So I have been a lot less active and gained weight. I have seen a physiotherapist and I have some exercices to do to strengthen my back, the problem is that I have zero discipline and rarely do them. I’m verry good at finding excuses. I have to do better in 2024!

  5. Happy New Year! Well done, Justin! Recently, re-watching the, “New Gold Dream” reactions, I could see a vast difference between how you looked for, “Someone Somewhere In Summertime” (recorded two years ago) to how you look now in the recent reactions. Keep up the good work! I do feel a little guilty now about sending you that shortbread!!!

  6. Way to go. I lost a lot this year as well. 100 lbs down. I went from 294 in April 2023 (I am 5’9″ tall). Now I am down to 188 lbs. Don’t you just feel good? Little things like tying my shoes, using the fold down table on an airplane. And big things like getting off of BP medication. Keep it up Justin. You look great.

  7. It is important that you did it thru healthy means and that you feel better about life and yourself. Good luck and good health for 2024. I enjoy your channel.

  8. 👍👍 I still need my sweets, but I limit them to a certain window of the day. Congratulations on finding something that’s working for you!

  9. by the way, the best workout music I ever found was Kraftwerk’s “Minimum/Maximum” – I used to watch the Blu-ray with surround sound at high volume. It’s a perfect experience to treadmill or lift weights.

  10. 2112, lol…awesome!. Funnily enough, I have been viewing some of the older uploads from 2 – 3 years ago, the ones I missed and I commented to myself how much slimmer you are, you’re half the man you used to be…in a good way. Well done Justin and Natasha. I have only had moments of being slightly overweight, thanks to an extremely sweet tooth, but I have managed to lose it quickly but I know the difference it makes and how much better I look and feel, so it’s definitely worth the discipline. The secret now though, is to keep that regime going, though a cheat day here and there is allowed, just a little sweet treat to reward yourself for good behaviour, but only sparingly, so it’s not complete deprivation of the good stuff. Congratulations 😃

  11. Losing weight in the usa isn’t easy with all that ultra processed food, added sugar etc.
Congratulations. Now keep it that way will be a challenge. I think you can after achieving this.

  12. Best part about losing the weight is that you can now eat what you want because you know you can just lose it again if you need to.
