Whoohoo!!! Great job. I’m doing weight watchers and im down 12.2lbs since Jan 1st!
My journey: I did low carb and lost 65 lbs, gained it all back within a month. A year later, I got gastric bypass, lost 120 lbs, I have more energy and eat better than I ever have! I’m a teacher and my insurance covered the entire thing. Highly recommend looking into this Tiffany! I have no regrets!
Congratulations, that is amazing!! I’ve been following Keto since June 2020 (with many curveballs thrown by life, so it’s been an off and on relationship. We had a devastating house fire in 2021 and just got moved back into our home, although it’s still wrapping up final touches). I’ve been back on Keto after watching your announcement and have really enjoyed the recipes!! I know the weight loss and “looking better” are main reasons for keto, but I really enjoy the way I feel!!! I also do intermittent fasting and usually follow OMAD and see my best success that way. I have heard to have protein first thing in the morning and wait for coffee until 9-10 o’clock. This has helped me after fasting the 12 hours from dinner to breakfast. Much love on your journey. ❤
