  6. Mrng drink —-lemon peel tea( water + lemon peel+ dalchini ,boil)

    Breakfast ——oats besan chila with vegetables,,,,,,barle daliya ,,wheat veg daliya , sandwich 🥪

    Mid morning snack—-fruit ,jamun ,plums , 🍌 apple 🍎

    Lunch —-1 bowl (chana dal+ moong dal )+ salad ,,,dal dhokli , moongdal chat , chana chat

    Evening snack-_—–oats chivda,

    Dinner_——vegetable 🍲 soup (cooker ,oil lehsun adrak pyaj beans 🫛 Shimla mirch matar sweetcorn salt black pepper oats powder water boil )
    Turmeric milk 🥛,soya chunks, stir fry tofu without salt salad 🥗

    Night drink ——turmeric 🍵
