My favorite go to quick lunch on weight watchers!

Xtreme wellness wrap
Pasta sauce
Grated Parmesan
Mushrooms
Onions
Capers
Salt + pepper
Garlic powder
Balsamic glaze after it’s out of oven

You can bake for 15 min on 385 or air fry on 400 for 10 – 12 minutes
