  1. I was 290lbs at one point and I started by eating better meaning portioning right. I would eat 3 meals a day but only dinner I would have meat breakfast and lunch would be avocado on a roll or egg cheese and avocado. I’m now 220lbs I’m 6’6” tall and believe me Shadetree I don’t work out for nothing just working on the bike car and work itself.. portioning food can help a lot 👍🏻

  5. Also, sadly, keto isn’t a diet so much as a way of life. Make sure you really want to do it this way.
    Food life is fucking GRIM.
    I was having fantasies about toast.
    I’d steal a cracker and secretly eat it.

    Technically, alcohol is beat for you too.

    Is that what you REALLY want?
    It seems impossible with your lifestyle bro

    I’m not trying to talk you out of this.
    Keto is sad, especially if you love the taste of food

  6. Don’t give up, weight loss is hard and the older you get the more your metabolism slows down. Start slow and build up on the exercise so you don’t kill yourself and just eat smaller portions. Just enough food to kill the hunger pains not get full. I’ve managed to lose 23 lbs. With another 140 to go but getting there. You can too. Good luck

  7. Relapse is a fact of recovery, how people approach relapse differentiates if they recover or not. See it as a discreet one off, and get straight back on it, or give up?
    Also, those with good memories who can visualise their goals when temptation comes, have better will power and ability to stay on target and not relapse.
