  1. Replay- I want to lose 20 lbs and now live low carb and do Keto. I lost 100 lbs on my own. But, I over do the fasting. What is your opinion on other diets with a little more healthy carbs? I can’t eat any bad carbs only healthy carbs. I would love to do oatmeal but too much carbs for me.
