  1. I was 260 9 months ago. Lost my girl and confidence because of it. I weighed in at 194 today feel very good but still need more work. You, the twins, Alex, Caseyfit like the whole young fitness community has been amazing motivation for even us older people so keep going and don’t listen to the trolls that are just jealous.   2. So glad you posted this, even after I’ve started my weight loss knowing it works for others helps. I’ve worked out and have been active since 2015 but not this active. Recently went from 250 to 275 around 2021. All 5 tips you gave, I sort of had to figure out on my own but as I got comfortable figuring out a healthy diet plan it became easier. 5 great tips that DEFINITELY helped me lose weight, I’m currently now at 230 6’1. Feeling a lot healthier and lighter, another tip that helped me was some comfortable shoes to walk in. Makes for getting those steps in a lot easier. Y’all stay sexy and continue being consistent in whatever (your) journey is! 🙌🏽🔥

  4. when i make chicken nuggets i dip them in beaten egg, then in some breadcrumbs/flour, then in the pan. i put a couple tbsp of olive oil in the pan then fry them up. the end result is crispy consistent breading
