  1. Injecting yourself with an insulin inducing drug to LOSE weight has to be the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. Ozempic raises your blood sugar. Unused sugar breaks down into glycogen, which causes you to store more fat due to the increased insulin it makes you produce. It’s the equivalent to eating sugar cookies to lose weight.

  2. Putting a cap full of apple cider vinager in a bottle of water once in the am and once before bed can help regulate blood sugar. Also taking a 10 minute walk after eating will help too. And to the sobs putting people at risk of a fkn diabetic coma u should be a fkn shamed
