Ingredients required:
1 Cup Soya Chunks
250 Ml Hot Water
Salt
1 Cup onions
1 Cup Coriander leaves
1 tsp Red chilli pwd
1/4 Tsp Haldi
1 tsp Lemon juice
3 tbsp Roasted Besan
Procedure :
Soak Soya Chunks
Squeeze Excess water
Grind in mixer jar
Add salt , haldi , red chilli pwd , coriander leaves, onions , besan and lemon juice
Mix well
Give a tikki / kabab shape
Airfry @250° C for 10-15 mins or cook in a tawa from both the sides
And your healthy Soya Kababs is ready 😀
