Overnight oats
1/2 cup oats
Strawberries
1/2 cup almond milk
Cinnamon
Sugar free Vanilla syrup
1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Egg roll in a bowl
 pick up 2 to 3 pounds of ground, beef or turkey and season with uncle Chris’s! Poor in a bag or two of coleslaw, veggies and cook with soy sauce and stir fry together

Sausage and veggies
Chicken sausage
 Broccoli, onions, zucchini, bell peppers
Cool with olive oil and stir fry together!

  1. Were the overnight oats still good by the fifth one? It seems like such a smart thing to do but I worry by Friday (or whenever) it would be mushy

    I do a similar meal as your last one but as a sheet pan meal! Chop everything, throw it into a gallon ziploc with oil and seasonings, onto a cookie sheet and roast! It caramelizes and then you don’t have to babysit a pot on the stove (but this is definitely a no-go in summer and maybe anytime for you in TX – gets too hot with the oven on!)

  2. To fill your jars to make them a little less messy , use a canning funnel, they fit on the jar and prevent spillage. Just a thought. I sure hope your giving all those veggie scraps to those chickens.😋🫑🥒🥦

  5. Downshiftology on YouTube makes a similar overnight oats and her recipe was the first time I saw Greek yogurt used and it is a gamechanger! The consistency is so much better with the Greek yogurt.

    Having prepped taco meat (ground turkey, beef, or chicken) is really easy and versatile to eat during the week also. I also do hard boiled eggs, regular or turkey bacon, cumbled sausage to add to scrambled eggs/breakfast burritos and we just eat a lot of leftovers during the week.

    I also meal prep my lunch for work the day before and it really helps me!

  6. Just FYI hard boiled eggs only need 4 minutes in the instant pot unless you want them to be burnt with green yolks lol.

  8. This is great! I’m 26 months postpartum and trying to lose the last 20 lbs lol!! One thing that’s worked for me so far is if you prep a bunch of chopped washed veggies (lettuce, cucumbers, peppers, etc) it’s way easier for me to make myself a salad mid day bc all I need to do is throw it in a bowl, add some protein and dressing and I’m good to go! I’ll even add some rice and beans to a salad too lol. Love your videos!!!

  13. FYI: When I’ve compared ground turkey to ground beef, the beef had less calories and fat per ounce and more protein. I think it depends on brands and what % of fat the ground meat (turkey or beef) has added to it (the nutrition label HAS to tell you in the US). Just commenting that not ALL ground beef or ALL ground turkey is the same and that shoppers need to “unit check” content as well as prices when shopping. 😢
