  2. Ragi or jonnalatho dosa, roti, idli and oats are less in glycemic index and add tasty side chutneys and protein rich curries are filling and tasty. Helps you in weight loss. Additionally fruits and eggs are also good. You need healthy weight loss, not an abrupt one
