  3. I know this is off topic, but I’m thinking ahead for when this challenge concludes….Has anyone on here done the the keto egg or sardine fast? How are the results for those and is it worth it?

  4. I’m right there with you. It’s amazing not having this constant internal fight between the part of you that wants to eat all the time and the other part that says no don’t do it. Just that in itself brings me a peace of mind and lowers my anxiety. People who don’t experience this may have a hard time understanding the constant battle. It is truly an addiction and like any addiction you have to stay away from the triggar foods. Just like an ex-alcoholic can’t just have a drink. I’m having difficulty eating more than 1100 calories a day between my two meals (I am barely 5’2”) because I am so stuffed by the end of my meal. So I’m a little worried about not eating enough. But we’ll see. You are doing amazing. Keep up the good work !!!

  5. Nothing that says “keto” is keto. Because it’s packaged. I’m not saying you shouldn’t use it. It’s just not keto. It’s lower carb “maybe”. You’re so right. You lose the cravings if you don’t keep tasting it. Keep it going Jess!

  6. You’re extremely busy, yes, but think about the ones who work outside of the home full time. If they can prioritize themselves God bless them.
