  4. Wow talk about the perfect episode. Not only did this help me was trying to cut on higher protein, was absolutely hilarious in between , all the way to the last live listener question which was perfect for my boys to listen to since they’re in high school and their coaches have them coming in for weights in the morning plus they both have advanced weight as a class during school and then they’re coming home and working out at home. This helped me so much and trying to communicate to them to not go quite so hard all the time in that splitting it up and not trying to kill yourself every workout is completely okay. Thank you so much for everything you guys do. MIND PUMP FOR LIFE!!

  11. After hearing caller 2’s question answered, I think I’ll give anabolic another try. I felt like it barely did anything for me after I first completed it since I wasn’t sore but I also didn’t track strength gains.
