  1. When I’m tempted to eat too much, usually due to stress, I head for high fat items, like nuts, whipped cream, pork rinds, etc., but no or almost no carbs. It doesn’t seem to impact my weight very much. And by the next day I can eat in a more balanced way.

  5. I am going to die early. No matter what I have done or researched, I can not get more than 4 hours of uninterrupted hours. When I go to the bathroom, it takes me up to an hour to get back to sleep. Seems to be a DNA issue.
