Welcome to Day 4 of Yoga for Weight Loss Challenge
One third of our time is spent sleeping yet how much attention do we pay to our quality and quantity of sleep? It is during this time that the body rejuvenates itself, the toxins are flushed out of the body it regenerates, the cells, the muscles.
In this video we’ll have a high intensity yoga sequence and do some asanas that can help improve our sleep as well help lose some weight.
