Day 254🥩🔥 on my carnivore diet before and after weight loss journey and I’m back up to 159lbs today. Went to sleep super early last night and as a result I woke up super early. Been not having the greatest sleep lately so this is something I’m working on figuring this out. Coincidently this started when I started working out. Could it be due to intense exercise? Could it be due to something else? Follow along on my YouTube Channel for the long form daily updates for more on this topic and how I find a solution.
7:15am – 10oz homemade beef bone broth + 1 100% grass fed beef patty (0.33lbs) + 2 strips bacon
11:30am – 1.0lb (12pcs) organic air chilled chicken wings coated in 1.5T beef tallow and salt
4:00pm – 1 100% grass fed beef patty (0.33lbs) + 4 ounces kirkland coastal english aged cheddar
6:45pm – 0.75lbs tri tip steak seasoned with salt + 0.4lbs shrimp (7 pieces) fried in ghee and salt + 1.5T ghee dipping sauce
I started at 212.2lbs and got here just by eating an animal based diet. I started carnivore diet to see it would help my digestive issues and it ended up giving me so much more than that. I’ve experienced increased performance in all areas, from mental clarity/focus, to emotional composure that allows me to be a better Dad, Husband, leader, entrepreneur. I’m super grateful for this. I used to think that people who did carnivore diet were keto influencers doing it purely to spite vegans go viral online, which is hilarious, but I guess it’s not just a joke because it’s been amazing for me 🙂 I started this carnivore style of living because one day scrolling YouTube I ran across a JRE podcast on @JRE Clips where Joe talked with @Jordan B Peterson about his carnivore diet and experience. They also discussed @Mikhaila Peterson Jordan’s daughter, and how she overcame all sorts of issues by doing a strict carnivore way of eating she calls the Lion Diet. Then I bought The Carnivore Code by Dr. Paul Saladino @CarnivoreMD on audible to learn how to do this effectively. During my daily lunch breaks I would watch videos by @Anthony Chaffee MD and @Shawn Baker MD to learn more about how to make this work and here I am down 50+lbs, sharing my carnivore lifestyle transformation.
