  1. Larry and Cassie… I would like to make a suggestion that you put the long advertising of the very expensive LMNT at the end of your video… I surely don’t watch your channel to see advertising. I finally found bacon that has no preservatives or chemicals so I am trying the BBBE protocol for the first time… I still wrestle with food cravings.

  3. The problem with keto is exactly as you described. For anyone with food addiction problems it doesn’t address addiction. Too many keto adapted recipes. All of it raises glucose—including cheese. I think if keto people tested their glucose and ketones everyday, they would realize very quickly they are not practicing true keto.

  4. I am on about Day 5 (just the fact that I don’t remember exactly which day that I started speaks volumes-BECAUSE IT DOESN’T FEEL RESTRICTIVE.) I have my coffee and lots of water all morning, and then eat my first meal when I get home from work around 12:30 pm. Most days it’s 2-3 eggs and 2-3 slices of bacon that I meal prepped. Dinner is usually a ribeye, NY strip, or ground beef. I feel great. My fake hunger signals are already gone. I’m truly satiated, I assume from all the fat. I am waking up naturally (before my alarm goes off); AND I am not waking up “blue” (DEPRESSED.) I weighed in every day these past few days….scale already trending down-but one day I had a .2 gain and it messed with my brain-so I’m going to do weekly weigh ins.
    I too have done Keto;….very successfully for about a year-but started letting too many “special” Keto gimmicks/hacks/treats, and went off the rails. The simplicity of this is genius. Plus, I LOVE red meat, and could easily eat eggs every day.
    Very grateful for your content. I am working my way backwards, and watching all of your videos.

  8. I go between Keto and carnivore. I like my mushrooms and low-carb veggies. I will cheat with almond flour occasionally. No grain, sugar, seed oil, or fake food.

  9. I’m stuck in the 70’s. 271 today. I’m going to try a four day fast. The most I’ve ever done was 3 days. I’m working today through Tuesday and I find it’s easier to fast on days I’m working. Partly because I can’t eat at work except during my 30 minute break.
