People either doing the Gastric Sleeve/Bypass, phetermine or Ozempic to get skinny, but later on they are going to find that it has possibly screwed with pancreas, liver and kidneys. These medications always have side effects that are ignored, all to be small. Good luck to whoever wants to use these avenues, but do your research about what could possibly happen to you after you’ve lost weight surgically or by pill. If you have good insurance , you will not have to pay that much.
We can diet w/ each other but probably majority of the time we’re doing that alone that not really something I 💬 think we can do well ❤️🩹 w/ each other dieting is like a family torn apart half the time we’re not eating & whatever time we get hungry we eat or at break 💔

I’ve been on that Ozempic for like two years just be careful because it messes with your kidneys. Your kidney function starts going down so I got off of it. and yes it makes you real skinny.
