This is a perfect reason why we need to stop being in someone else’s lane and focus on ourselves. If you do not have a primary care physician that you see twice a year then you have NO room to talk. I have a primary doctor and a gastroenterologist. I’ll watch a little bit of youtube from time to time but for the most part my focus is on me and mine. We picked up this bad habit of being nosy as fuck from white ppl and we have to rid ourselves of that negative trait and focus on our health. Before you step 1 foot in a gym, you need to have both feet in that doctor’s office.

Wow last time I saw him was on law & order and on social media at the gym. Hope his health is in good standing and his weight lost. Is just him going to the extreme in his diet plan. I remember this same discussion on Jimmy Jam on his weight lost and his appearance a couple years back Had fans wondering about his health but he’s still alive. Hope the brother is ok. I always love him as a actor especially in Law & Order hated to see him leave I hated to hear that.

I remember asking the same kind of questions about Doc Shaw when house of Payne returned for season 11 and he had lost weight dramatically too but he’s put some back on through the seasons so I guess he’s recovered from whatever sickness it must’ve been if he was indeed sick
He is in his 50s now, but to me it look like he don’t lift weights and he has low testosterone. He look healthy he just need to get some muscle mass to match his big head 😂
