  1. But protein=bulking for me!! As a woman I was told I can’t “bulk” up with lifting heavy and eating protein. Wrong wrong wrong.

  2. I am incorporating yogurt, carbs etc after keto. I did keto and had no energy:( i am incorporating carbs but everyone is telling me im going to gain now:( can u please give me insight autumn bates:)
