  2. Yeni başladığımda(2,5 yıl önce) bicycle crunchı bile yapamazken şu an dilim dilim sixpacklerimle istedigim vücutta olmam…🖤
    Yeni başlayacak olanlar kesiiinnnlikle pes etmesin, başta evet biraz zorlanacaklar ama değişimi görünce isteseler de bırakamayacaklar zaten 🙂
