Wow, did this workout ever challenge me!! Grab your 6lb dumbbells and get ready for the FIRE!
This workout will challenge your abs and arms and will take your fitness to the next level. The combination of walking to keep your heart rate up and these extremely effective exercises will have you seeing amazing results in no time; but you’ve gotta stay consistent to see true and lasting results!

This month (January 2023) I will be releasing 5 FRESH workouts per week (yes you read that right), for the entire month for our MY MOMENT CHALLENGE! This challenge is set up to get you in the right head space and get you moving in a way that you enjoy. Two of the workouts will be released here on YouTube on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and the others will be available as on-demand workouts (same format as here on youtube- full length workouts) and LIVE workouts (where I will be giving you pep talks and encouraging you to keep going)!

This challenge will boost your confidence, make you feel amazing about yourself, and will get you excited about moving your body throughout the week.

  4. I love her workouts because I’m in a college dorm and the gym is super far away for walking distance and its convient for my daily life schedule and doesnt bother my roomy .
