I have a question, i see a lot of your workouts have squats. I’m not able to perform them due to a back and knee injury. Instead of looking for a new workout overall, how can I modify those workouts with squats in them? I really love the Walk and tone workouts due to dumbbells And they are the hardest ones to modify due to squats.
