  2. എനിക്കും എന്റെ മകൾക്കും അമിതഭാരം. പിന്നെ ഇതിൽ പറഞ്ഞ ഓരോ symptos ഉം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഇതിൽ പറഞ്ഞപോലെ എല്ലാം ചെയ്തിട്ടും മാറ്റങ്ങൾ വന്നില്ല. Life style physician Dr Manoj Johnson nte ഒരു video കാണാനിടയായി . അതിൽ wheat,maida oats, ചിലർക്ക് milk… Glutton allergy ഉണ്ടാകുമെന്നു അറിഞ്ഞു . ആദ്യം oats, maida, wheat ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചു . അതോടെ almost എല്ലാം മാറി . Cholestrol 396 ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു . Medicine എടുത്താലും 250l നിന്ന് കുറയില്ലായിരുന്നു . ഇപ്പോൾ medicine ഇല്ലാതെ തന്നെ എല്ലാം നോർമൽ . Sir പറഞ്ഞപോലെ ഇഷ്ടമുള്ള dress ഇടാൻ സാധിക്കുന്നു . അരി ഭക്ഷണം ഒരു നേരം രണ്ടു table spoon👍. Sir ന്റെ video കണ്ടു രക്‌തദൂഷ്യം വരാതിരിക്കാൻ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുന്നു 🙏🌹
